These terms govern the use of Hotels Task cloud systems, integrations and hospitality technology services together with any signed commercial agreement.
Activating or using Hotels Task services forms an agreement between Hotels Task and the hospitality or tourism organization using the system. Services may include PMS, Channel Manager, self-service, artificial intelligence, reservation and tourism solutions.
Hotels Task retains its software, source code, trademarks and designs. Customers retain ownership of hotel, guest and reservation data and authorize its technical processing for service operation and support.
Fees follow the selected package or signed agreement. Services may be suspended after formal notice where payments remain overdue. Revenue-share agreements require complete and accurate reservation recording.
Hotels Task works to provide high availability but cannot be responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, global cloud services, force majeure, incorrect customer data or misuse. AI output depends on correct customer configuration.
Either party may terminate according to the individual agreement. Where applicable, the customer will be given an opportunity to export data before final account closure. Agreements are interpreted under the stated contract jurisdiction, including Saudi law where applicable.
